The service I received was a textbook example of staff providing excellent customer service, going above and beyond the call of duty to help. I was replacing a few creeky floorboards therefore I was looking for a very spicific size, 16mm thick. I couldn't find it any anywhere (for good reason), until I found these guys who custom cut into the size I wanted even though I was only spending less than £8. This is the first time I used this company and I will definitely be using them in future...decking to do next.Thank you W I Chambers.

When I left the yard on Friday 24th May 2024, I promised I was going to do a review.These guys are always interested and keen to step forward to supply what is required. I've been purchasing for years from WI Chambers. Michelle took a great interest in a project I took on at home. I messed up with batterns I ordered, which was my own doing. I called and explained the situation. Once again, very interested in understanding the matter and then looked for a solution. It got me out of trouble. They were very reasonable with the price. You are all class A, just a real lovely bunch of people. Old school. Love you guys. You rock. Ki. 😘
